Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LuxCarClean's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

LuxCarClean provides premium auto detailing services for luxury vehicles. Our services include but are not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and paint protection film installation.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Service Pricing

Prices are as listed on our website and service menu. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or special treatments. We will notify you of any additional charges before proceeding with the service.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Ceramic coating services come with a 12-month warranty. Any concerns about our service must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any existing damage or special conditions. Personal items should be removed from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

Liability

While we take utmost care with every vehicle, we are not liable for:

- Pre-existing damage or conditions
- Normal wear and tear
- Environmental factors beyond our control
- Damage caused by undisclosed vehicle modifications

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

- The vehicle condition poses a safety risk
- The requested service is beyond our capabilities
- The customer violates our terms of service
- The vehicle has undisclosed modifications

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will inspect the vehicle and either rectify the issue or provide a partial/full refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of LuxCarClean and protected by copyright laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
